Meet the Staff

Dr. Annsley Noterman
& Dr. John Nall

Annsley Noterman, MD graduated cum laude from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Education before attending Poznan University of Medical Sciences in Poznan, Poland for medical school. Upon graduation, she moved to Huntsville for residency at UAB Huntsville’s Family Medicine program. Dr. Noterman lives in Huntsville with her husband, Dr. John Nall, and their four children. She and John met at the University of Florida and traveled jointly as health educators in the Southeast before embarking on their medical school adventure together overseas. Living in Europe for 4 years cultivated a love of traveling and hiking, activities that they both now enjoy locally. As a former ballerina, Dr. Noterman enjoys dressage with her horse, Jorah during any free time.

John D. Nall, MD is a Family Practice physician with additional experience as an ER physician and hospitalist. Originally from a small town in the Jacksonville, FL area, his first jobs through high school and college were varied, from building/construction to welding. In 2008 he graduated from the University of Florida where he met his wife and business partner, Dr. Annsley Noterman. Together, they gained experience in nutritional counseling for several years before attending Poznan University of Medical Sciences in Poland. Upon graduation, he moved, with the newly-expanded family, to Huntsville for residency training. Dr. Nall’s prior ventures in the field of health education reflect an abiding interest in the integration of nutrition and lifestyle modification into his medical practice. When not working in the clinic or a local hospital, Dr. Nall enjoys hiking, camping, auto work, and simply spending time with family. He and Annsley currently have three sons and a daughter.

Jenny Ryder, CRNP is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner, credentialed through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Originally from Birmingham, AL., Jenny received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The University of Alabama at Birmingham in 1997. Jenny’s education and training also includes a Master of Science in Nursing with an emphasis in adult health from The University of Southern Mississippi in 2007, followed by completion of the Post Master’s Family Nurse Practitioner program from The University of Alabama in Huntsville in 2015. Throughout Jenny’s professional career, she has gained experience in a variety of clinical settings, including critical care, clinical research nursing, teaching in a clinical setting, and providing primary care services to patients as a nurse practitioner. Jenny has an abiding interest in disease prevention in the promotion of healthy lifestyles, especially in the areas of smoking cessation and weight reduction. Helping her patients achieve personal wellness goals has always been a driving force for Jenny. Jenny is married and has two daughters. In her free time, she enjoys staying active, watching her daughters participate in dance, and spending time with family and friends.

Jenny Ryder, CRNP

Macy Duncan, AE

Macy Duncan is a licensed aesthetician with almost 10 years in the makeup and beauty industry. She is from a small town in LA (lower Alabama) and made her way to Huntsville 10 years ago. Macy is a graduate of Alabama A & M University and J.F. Drake Community College. The pivotal part of her career came from her time working for Clinique. Macy has a passion for educating people on the best practices for taking care of their skin. She also enjoys helping people look good and feel good when wearing makeup. When she is not working, Macy loves spending time with her family. Their favorite place to visit is the beach!

Matthew McCauley, CRNP

Matthew McCauley is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Matthew has an undergraduate degree in Accounting and Finance from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. He worked in the field of Accounting for several years. Due to a desire to help others he went back to school and obtained an undergraduate degree in nursing followed by a masters in nursing. He is certified by the American Nursing Credentialing Center. Matthew has focused primarily in Family Medicine in the rural setting with over 10 years of experience. Matthew is married and has two children, a son and a daughter. They have lived in Huntsville for 16 years. Matthew is an active participant in his church and enjoys hiking and boating with his family.
